The colour palette looks beautiful!! :D the background matches the character's colour scheme and the the dragon contradicted and works as a frame!
Though I suggest you improve your arms and hands, also the dragon's head should be put somewhere the viewers can see vividly (same level as character's head/not blocked) keep up the good work! :"))
