You set your account to non-artist wich means you are only able to write and not upload any pictures.
If you want to change your account to be able to upload pictures go to your profile, tap on the lines somewhere in the top right corner you should be able to find "Account settings" there, tap that, scroll down and go to "Account type“ and change that to artist account.
Then you should be able to post pictures~
