OverwhelmI can only really put the first page of this here, but I got to be apart of a comic anthology for Autism Acceptance month and I finally got to post it today!

You can see the whole comic here on Twitter!

As well as check out the lovely person who hosted this and all the other comics.

I spent my whole life knowing I was different and being othered by my peers. Too neurotypical passing for people to care that I had issues and needed help. Too weird and different to fit in with all the people who treated me so cruelly growing up. I had to figure it out for myself.

For years, I've drawn what it felt like to be an autistic person. To be in sensory overload, to shut down and lose my ability to speak, to be othered. But I didn't understand those things until I learned I was autistic and finally had the words to describe what it was like for me.

And now I won't stop speaking about it.
