Yup, I agree with hansa. This one and a few more pictures in your gallery need a gore filter.
If you are not sure when to use a filter just go to your profile and tap the two lines in the upper right corner. Then go to the about section and look into the terms of service. The section content guidelines makes it relatively clear.
As for posts you already made, you should be able to edit them and add filters.
