Okay whoa so I missed some stuff today apparently 
So I guess I just wanna make it clear that I donāt think AI images should be allowed on artfol. Sure it can be a nice tool to play around with for fun/inspiration, but posting it as artwork on a platform like artfol just doesnāt seem right, for every reason youāve probably heard a thousand times today already.
And while yes, the thought of AI being allowed on here is scary and frustrating, please donāt jump to any conclusions just yet and keep updated with the official @artfol account along with their other socials.
Theyāre still discussing the matter, and thereās a lot of misinformation about the whole thing rn.
Also pls pls pls donāt harass the devs
I totally understand that a lot of yāall are angry about this whole thing, but harassment is never okay under any circumstances. Theyāre a small team, and theyāre just people like you and me doing their best to listen to us, and make this community better. Please just be patient with them. @finflippingtastic @white_mercury I think the situation is (and take this with a grain of salt bc Iām not 100% sure abt the whole thing either) they briefly mentioned something on their Twitter about currently allowing AI images to be posted on artfol, but they need to be tagged as such and they canāt be passed off as original artwork. I guess people kind of misinterpreted that as artfol supporting AI completely and they received a lot of backlash for it. Theyāre just now accepting feedback here on their official account and on discord and other socials, and working with users on how to handle this whole AI thing. Although artfol is so attentive with its user base, and I doubt theyāll just let it be as is with the response they got

ā¢Idk what happened, but if Arfol "accepts" AI images i think I'll be frustrated cause the app will be submerged of AI art. Artfol is made FOR ARTIST,, not machines
