(Vana works too) .•. 23 y/o .•. any pronounsThis outfit set is for specific ceremonies, it always looks like this. It's used to depart souls once they're ready to go. It's a long process, and often very solemn and saddening as well. Departed souls never return. Because Vana takes the time to learn about each soul personally, this feels like Paradise's version of a funeral.
The day before departure, there's usually a huge party thrown for any individual soul, or sometimes small groups of them. Lots of food, music, dancing and singing, colorful decorations and fun costumes. Once the sun sets, Nirvana has to get each departing soul prepared for their journey. What to expect, where to go, who to talk to... Vana can't go with them, and Asahï can only go so far out... (She brings in and sends out souls).
This outfit symbolizes passing from the grey area, between life and death. The three circles shown everywhere represent the different phases of life for a soul: The Living, The Grey, The Dead. The Grey (middle circle) is the biggest because it's Nirvana's domain, but it's all connected like a chain link. Circling one will send you to the others. The colors are meant to match the sunset/night sky, the end, the grand finale.May 16, 2022
