I would say look on Reddit for books with pirates, or ask on there. It’s likely that someone already had asked that question.

Noo I can only think of
- my pirate ocs which I have never even drawn yet but want to make into a comoc someday
- shadow and bone which only has a short pirate part in the second book
- our flag means death, which is actually about pirates but a show not a book
