It is actually so annoying you can’t post multiple photos in one post on this app!!!! I actually really like this app, even though it took some time to get used to no algorithm (hard to find your target audience), but not being able to post multiple images is actually insane!!! Like why? Why?! If someone wants to post comics please let people read them without having to like sort through their account!!Jan 27, 2023

The reason why is because Artfol only released in 2021. It’s a very new app, & features like that don’t get implemented overnight. Artfol is also independently ran (so no corporations funding it, just like one sponsor & subscriptions) by a very small team.
I’ve had Instagram for like 9 years, & it didn’t have multi-image posts for a good while. I remember when it was single image posts only. I remember when the Explore page only loaded a single page of posts & I think it would only change what posts showed up once a day? I remember when videos were only 15 seconds long on there. I remember the day they got rid of square profile pictures because I was mad my perfectly square formatted totodile pfp no longer looked good from the new frame forced onto users.
These things take time. All of the stuff Instagram alone now has took YEARS for it all to be added.
The Artfol team plans to add multi-image posts this year, actually, they wanted to add them last year, but it’s just taking a lot of time (& probably money) to get everything in order. (Coding isn’t exactly an easy thing to do, you know.) So please be patient with it all, especially because as soon as it’s added, there will very likely be some bugs & glitches that’ll need to be immediately sorted out.
