I would say just think about what you have to offer to your followers, sum it up, say if you won't post too much, maybe tell them what your art tastes like, things like that and then sum it up a little more
It doesn't have to be perfect, and make it look welcoming! Try not to look to imposing and don't work too hard on it, use your humor in it to make it lighthearted if it naturally flows out of your keyboard
