Any internal organs outside of the body & harm to the body (like eyeballs hanging outside of the sockets, any fingernail/toenail trauma, or big deep bloody wounds)!
I think scary/gorey transformations, like “American Werewolf In London” or John Carpenter’s “The Thing” or “The Fly” type stuff would count as body horror too!
