Blue mountains
rying to get back a bit more into painting landscapes, I made a bit of a break with it- that has been honesty due to the AI art. I felt that it was pointless do design pretty envirorements, as so many do this now with AI. I know it´s a weird thought, but i felt like it and it blocked me to paint landscapes somehow. I think I made peace with it now, I tried to paint more for the joy of it and not so much to compare myself with AI art or even other artists in general . I missed painting big landscapes, promise to do more now again. But no one needs to worry- i will always keep on creating Zelda fanart :)Painted in PS out of my imagination.

This is absolutely stunning! I love love the textures and sense of depth
Yeah the AI thing is really sad and I can see why it's disheartening , especially for artists who work so hard to try make a living off their art :( I'm glad you've made peace with it
I personally find it really satisfying to know I've worked hard to make a piece that's my own, that reflects a part of myself/inner world and an AI imitation of that would have no significance. I love seeing that visual improvement and change over many years, with all the little imperfections that come with it.

•Real art is never pointless, no comparison. These are exalted, harmonious mountains with lush greens.
It must've been a rewarding experience for you.
