It means "do this in your style" :D it's usually when artists do up a piece of artwork on probably their OCs and let their followers draw the same character but in their own art style, allowing them to modify slightly such that the character is still recognizable :D often artists do this when they hit certain follower milestones, the artist will also try to share the entries on their Instagram story for everyone to see! The artist can also choose whether they want to set a deadline or not. Hope this helps :3
