Bullet journaling? Or just notebooks that you write in for whatever reason, as notes or sketches or checklists, etc

Writing drawing notes in there maybe? Some thumbnails, places you want to got to/sound interesting, or when you need un-dotted space for scetches in between you could put some big sticky notes in there?
Maybe even play around a bit with opaque paint or markers?

Maybe use it for mini sketches or like little observation drawing when you go outside. Or use it for colors tests for yours drawing (if you do traditional art)

with my a5 sketchbooks I do mini full drawings to figure compositions for digital pieces
