️I hate to make another question relating to Instagram's shitty algorithm. For those who have been victimised by their shadowban, does Insta remove your post from it's hashtag page (after 10 minutes later) based on the content itself simply they don't like it, or the way how you apply your hashtags? It has driven me to the point where I lose motivation to upload any more drawings on their platform because it's where I used to get the most reach and engagement.Sep 9, 2023

Yeah it doesn’t show up there anymore. Which is kind of the big reason I jumped shipped.
I’m currently looking at other Social Media platforms and so far this is my favorite. Day 1 but we’ll see.

They removed “Recent Posts” from hashtags ENTIRELY, so as far as I’m aware, your post doesn’t show up AT ALL if you’re a smaller account. If it did actually show up but then disappeared after 10 minutes, it’s likely because not enough users saw/interacted with the post correctly within the apparent time limit that apparently now exists???
I stopped posting my art on there earlier this year & deleted all of my art off of my account since Instagram’s using people’s images, videos, & text to train their own AI stuff. It’s supposed to trained on whatever’s public, so I’m not sure if private accounts will be used for this training; not taking any chances with it.
