Rice Bowl
ヾ('▽') This weeks pot is a smaller bowl with the Lichen glaze on the outside and the inside. So far this is one of the best bowls I have made look wise and shape wise..
This one was thrown in the second half of my last class. The gold sharpie resist was also used, although it is in a much more subtle way than last weeks pot.

I wanted to add a little bit of whimsy to the bottom of my pot, making the markings only visible when it is turned over. I was also very lucky with the glazing and it turned out absolutely gorgeous. There's even a little bit of blushing in some places!Jul 16, 2026
