Hey! I see ur asking for critique so…I reccomand finding a different mouth shape, one with less long corners! It would give a much nicer effect, also try shaping the eyes less up-pointed and with more thin-like eyelashes, it would help the face much more
For hair, i cant say im an expert, i dont even know how i learned how to draw it myself lol, so try referencing hair off other styles or photos
Also, i think a good inprovement to your art would be adding lineart? I know you tried rendering here inna different way but adding lines gives the character more definition!
