welcome to the chaos of our page >:)Did anybody actually finish The Series of Unfortunate Events book series? Because I've only met a bunch of people who got like halfway and I'm trying to decide if it's worth the read because I only to book 7 as a kid (see I have this issue where I consume things as fast as I possibly can and instead of taking breaks and because the topics were heavy and it was a terrifying read for a 10 year old kid, I read all I could before I started having horrific nightmares and refused to pick them up again hahahhaha) So yeah, if its worth finishing tell me because I know I'm 21 now but I'm kinda scared to try again hahaJul 9, 2024

I read it! It's a pretty good series, though at the same time torturous and doesn't quite have a sweet happy ending

I remember reading that series, but never finished it, sadly. I might pick it up again if I ever get to visit the local libary

I read up until like. Partway through the last book maybe?? 
and then forgot about it. I also watched the whole show and the movie.
I'd say it's a pretty heavy series over all but might be easier now that you're not a small child lol. It does get quite intense as you get closer to the end of the series. And if you're expecting a happy ending, don't lol . But it's a good series, I really like it (I didn't finish the last few books but I know what happens from the show). Honestly now that you remind me about this series I might have to reread it
