Usually taking a break. Sometimes i push myself too much. To the point of having, to much stress and then resulting art block and lack of ideas and motivation to draw.
So it’s good to take a break, to collect yourself and your thoughts.
Then at your own pace, slowly getting back to it .
Also, getting inspiration from small things, weather it be things; that make you happy while drawing.
Like childhood memories or, things that inspire you and motivate you to draw all the more. Hope this helped a little; this is just my experience but everyone has a different one.
Adderall.

ok but seriously, I find that giving myself time to completely disconnect from art is a HUGE help. I used to tell myself that I HAVE to be drawing while watching a show, or listening to a podcast. Once I allowed myself to put the pencil down and give my brain a break, I felt like I could breathe and think again.

Also, online classes! Skillshare and class101 are great sources for learning a new art style or trying to push yourself to tackle new things in art, I find it's helped with my art block

Also, LIMIT SOCIAL MEDIA USAGE. Twitter kills my creative drive.
I don't have art block lol
But I am having rn
I put alarms for when I want to draw
I haven't really gotten art block sine starting to illustrate professionally. I guess the need to pay bills is greater than the art block😌
The real daemon I had trouble with is burnout which can feel a lot like art block except you shouldn't try to draw more if you get it. Don't overbook yourself and make time for some non art related hobbies to avoid it.
And go outside from time to time. That helps with anything.
