I've seen people talk more and more about Cara and i want your HONEST and TRUTHFUL feelings about it ! Is it as good as people claim ? I'm thinking of getting more apps to upload my art in aside from Insta who you know is training their AI. You can also recommend other platforms that could be good for artists !]

It’s another professional portfolio site the way Artstation and Behance are. You can’t expect it to be the same as Artfol or any other social media/art site because its NOT.
I feel people overhype it because “oh hey new site to post art to” and the fact that a bunch of newer social media sites have been popping up as of late. People are so starved of a “good” site to upload their works that they forget what sort of site would better suit them.
I’ll only recommend it to those who are planning to get into the art industry and are in need of a good alternative to Artstation or Behance given the AI controversies those sites have suffered.

•If you are expecting it to be a second Instagram, don't. It's not made by a big company like META and it's still in development so it goes slow. I had joined it a very long time ago, stayed there for a few weeks and ended up deleting my account (had no followers and couldn't communicate properly with people I followed). It feels more of a portfolio website for talented artists than a laid-back platform for casual artists with mediocre skills like me. I don't know if it will change over time, now that more people are joining... I really like the premise of it, so I would suggest it - especially because of the automatic Glazing. But yeah, expect it to be vastly different than both IG and Artfol. Try it out. I don't know any other platforms that are better than Artfol tbh.

Had it for a week and it's very slow. Been posting 1-2 things daily to get stuff from insta over and it's little to no interactions so far.
