Calipso's name originHehehe, that is the simple reason why my character Cali has the name she has. Also something in line with mother's day 
(at least is mother's day here in Chile 
)
For more context, she's the main character of my webcomic Espero, which is titled after the name of the magical realm where the story takes place.
I like to imagine the Calipso flowers taste similar to a mix of strawberries and vanilla, hahaha.
Also it used to be a common here in Latin America to name girls or boys (mostly girls) after flowers, such as Begoña, Rosa, Hortensia, Jacinto, Narciso or Margarita. May 12, 2024
