Ok, i said i wasnt gonna be making a bunch of text posts. But i got a juicy story for yall-
So, on the Happy Tree Friends Amino, ive become adjusted to using a single public chatroom. The first few weeks i had a load of fun.
And then the ughpocalypse came in.
A user (lets just call them toothy) came in and said that they fell down the stairs and hurt their teeth. No one replied. They then said they were bored. They were ignored. Then they said "ugh"
And thats when hell started.
The host of the chat was feeling especially mean today, and started being REALLY mean to toothy, saying "why should i care" and "Your one of those annoying ppl", just being really, unnecessarily mean to him. Theyre the host of the server, they should be mature about this imo.
so i stepped in and said "hey guys this is rlly petty we should stop being so mean to eachother and start having empathy instead". The host instead tried to fight with me and told me to leave if i agreed with them. Which- geez. A bit harsh innit.
3 people joined and asked wtf was going on, one being a friend of mine i had made on the amino (well call them Flaky). after i explained and the host started arguing with cadbury, we all tried to switch gears and talk about something else. However, the host was STILL stuck yelling at us and Flaky. We told them to calm down and end the drama, and move on because honestly at this pooint it was getting reaally petty
They sent "I can end this all easily".
That was the last thing sent to that chat before it was deleted.
Me and cadbury just dmed eachother like "they really just did that huh"
So yeah. THAT was a rollercoaster.
I didnt want to think amino was that toxic, however some users on there are incredibly immature unfortunately. My goal when rejoining amino was to meet awesome people who shared a love for HTF, bur unfortunately not everyone ya meet is a peachy keen kind.

Amino is just not a good place to be at unfortunately I never used because of all the stories I’ve heard but it seems really bad

I am only in the Art amino and Furry amino. Boy, I've seen some shit throughout my journey on that app. Lol

Amino is the absolute worst social platform from my experience, it was a mistake. I've been stalked, bullied, groomed, etc. All on Amnio!

so glad I only had amino for a very short while before getting bored of it,, I've heard too much of the toxic users on there

•….I was groomed on amino (no real life pictures were sent or anything!!) so uhhhh… and people there just sucked.. I got banned from using it… thank god
