this is a little older too, i still rlly like the shading on this one but something has always been bothering me, but i can't figure out what it is,,, so ima just ask for some criticism here qwqthis is my first time asking for criticism on this app I'm scared lmao

The hair & the shading look nice! I think it might be that the angle of the eyes don't match with the rest of the face & head. The eyes look like it's from the middle-left angle while the rest of the face are from top-left angle (i hope this makes sense?) Try moving up the right eye + eyebrow and the right part of the headband a bit.
