I love it! Love her expression, the colours, the way you shaded it (esp the hair) and that perspective is really hard to get right. You have a cute style too, it's nice to look at. I could totally see myself clicking on a comic done in that style because the art drew me in. 
Since you're asking for critique I'll be really, really nitpicky and point out one little thing - the hair on her right/our left side looks just a tiny bit too voluminous, like it's been teased or like maybe the weather/wind/whatever messed it up a bit and it's only brushed on the surface (I hope you know what I mean). Which might be intentional depending on the context. It's not very noticeable though and certainly doesn't bother me (esp considering you draw hair much better than me XD) As I said, I'm just being nitpicky because you asked for critique, but it's still a beautiful piece.
