LIONFISH. They're pretty! All the parrot fish have such pretty scales too but their faces are really dopeyXD

Some of those translucent deep sea fish might be cool.
The Wikipedia article on fish also has a nifty list of kinds of fish with links to their pages and photos under "evolution" -> "taxonomy". So you might find some interesting ones there. (Beware the first one, jawless fish are creepy)
