I hate it when people stigmatize mental illness as something that is the person's fault. It's really disgusting when someone says "hey, I have been diagnosed with __." and then all of a sudden nobody sees that person as a human anymore. In other words: I know the feeling of being seen as "sick" or "broken". You aren't alone in this!
