Late OC Bday special

I don't really make BDays for my OCs but there are exceptions, the thing is Cedric(Blue Cat guy in the pic) is special to me, so I gave him a bday and made him a birthday special.

I was originally gonna post this on May 12th which is his actual birthday date but life got busy for me XDMay 15, 2022
