Can anyone tell me why my head feels tense and heavy and sometimes I feel nauseous with just 40 minutes of digital art? This wasn't always a problem, it's pretty recent despite me being a digital artist for 3 years now, this happens only while arting not say while watching a movie. I would also appreciate solutions! You might have astigmatism or something honestly without glasses I get headache and nausea after a while too? Though honestly this is a very bad guess

•What device do you use? When I use my tablet and computer and can be hours drawing non stop but my IPad gives me the worst headaches in less than an hour :C
