Lots of time and practice. Took me years of drawing digitally before I really got comfortable with it.

•Well what I do is trace the art I did on paper in a art app and color in and shade the spots but there's many different ways and styles to use Depends on what you want

•If you're having a hard time with like a Wacom tablet or something where you connect it to the computer but you're not looking where you're drawing (looking at screen). You might want to try getting an iPad or something where it emulates traditional drawing in that you see when you're drawing. If that makes sense

•Sketching on paper, then inserting a picture of it into my art program helped me with starting out. Other than that, I'm not too good with the tips

Speaking from my personal experience, I had trouble with the stabilizer causing lagging, so I lowered it and started studying painterly styles using Sinix Designs and Marco Bucci tutorials on YouTube. I also watched some oil painters.
It's only now that I'm comfortable with my device that I'm experimenting with line art.
When you choose a painterly style, you're focusing on shapes, forms as opposed to line weight if you were to make art that uses line art as a base.
I've also tried pixel art when my laptop couldn't handle even 3 layers. Pixel art files are much smaller than normal files.
