Cheery flight for Heracross

Started to draw this for the past week and I’ve been pretty proud of how fast I was able to draw it. I’m using the layer effects a lot more. Like multiply, add, clipping mask and such. Would love some tips or advice. I also tried using a new pen since I wasn’t fond of how if I wanted a thicker line with my old brush, the end result would be fuzzy. Haven’t been online here or anywhere in general for a bit but I ain’t dead
