Anya painting

I was inspired by Friedrich Wilhelm Theodor Heyser Ophelia painting for this piece. I was finishing it up as I was hearing about the US election, so it ended up turning into a bit of a commentary (?).
Her baby being shown as a horse in the game because Jimmy did not see her as human was brilliant writing and not only shoes how much of an unreliable narrator Jimmy was for the game, and it really shows Jimmy's personality. However, Anya's situation wasn't just his fault - it was the fault of the system Pony Express that encouraged this behavior and Curly protecting him (not that he could have done much, but still).
