I think the light on the dress shouldn't be blurry, i would look better if it wasn't. And also u can try to shade with darker tones of color instead with Black. For example shade red with purple, yellow with orange and Green with blue. But u can keep shading with Black if it's a part of ur artstyle.

I love the colors! Very soft and enjoyable to look at. I think the head is what needs most improving. It's a little too big and the eyes could be adjusted to compliment the head. I had trouble with this and Ahmed Aldoori has a fantastic video on it. "Tutorial - 2 ways to start a face". But besides that awesome work
