If an account has been deleted/banned, it should be grey & instead of a username, it’ll say “User Not Found” or something like that!
If it’s simply not loading, it could just be the app/site acting up from wi-fi, old device, old version of the app, & also apparently having too many users blocked (just found that last one out today, my entire account wouldn’t load anything from being liberal with the block button, lol.)
