Aw man sorry to hear that, that sucks! At least from my experience it always seems to pass thankfully, but still it's frustrating as hell in the moment... like prev said, maybe take a little break and watch some shows and whatnot ;w; and good luck!

Take your time with art block, it's frustrating but I'm sure it's going to unblock 
Take a little break, watch a cartoon or some simple drawings to have your mind a little less intense. Then you can do some drawings for challenges or other, it may help!
