Oriental (Shan Shui) is pretty good for colouring (although you have to watch an ad). I'd also recommend trying to make custom brushes(if you haven't already), although it is somewhat difficult without the paid content..

I use texture pen for line art, pen (fade) and marker for color and blending they're pretty neat!

I recommend Soft Falcon Pen (Bleed)! I use it all the time for my lines
