These proud-hearted creatures decided to engage in a job all respects and one that would fit them like a glove! Today they speed and veer through the cosmos responding to calls from planets in emergency, intercepting the trajectories of asteroid storms and influencing their direction with their moving back plates. They are still undefeated in their Job."
To already take a step toward my 2024 resolutions, I present to you the Deviator!
An old creature design i did back in 2018-2019 that I did some touch ups of! And i can say it aged not bad at all! :D
This creature is really dear to me, I am really proud of it and love it
I'll think about posting some sketches i did back then when doing its concepts :)

So cool! The rendering of it's body with all those curves and twists it's just amazing, also the lights and shadows are spot on and really help to understand the creature figure. Great work.

Ooh! That is so amazing, the design, concept and the drawing in general! It looks like a kingfisher mixed with a whale, but like fantasy and dreamlike. Absolutely amazing and lovely

Really love the design and concept! Really interesting having something that can block even mid sized meteors if it feels it should interfere.
