I use IG for personal posts that are generally photography. If it becomes a business only thing then I’ll just stop using my account completely.

Instagram was never for artists. It was never a good platform for artists. The algorithm was especially bad for people who don't post much.
I always found IG to be born in the "selfy"-era. It focuses a lot on photography, and was mainly used by means of models.
With that in mind, I expected that they'd move on to the "tiktok"-era at some point. They're looking for trends that'll make them the most money.

•I think people are overreacting a bit, but tbh I feel like ppl on ig are very paranoid even if they’re engagement is high, all I read was that they wanted to make videos longer, or are prioritizing them
