No, they're people out there in artstation has really talent or professional artist but when I'd see, they're mean and rude! :(

There’re many famous artists there but it’s not very newbie friendly if we aren’t pro artists.

I believe it isn't a very friendly site for non-professionals. I tried going there and got bombarded by rude people for not being top tier. It's on the same level of Newgrounds in my opinion.
