If you’re aiming for a particular audience, shoot for the times that they’re usually awake! I have a lot of Australian followers/people I’m following because I keep interacting with people who post when I’m about to go to sleep haha.
Posting times is good, but if you’re aiming to grow your user base, it’s more important to interact with other people. Comment on their art, respond to text posts, participate in challenges, etc.
