Female Portrait

So this is my 2nd post here.... And you know I want to know what you guys think about it...
It's a pencil sketch which is what I mostly do.... Personally I think this is one my fav sketch I've done.... I really want to know what you think about the hair.... For me, hair is always the hardest and longest thing to make xD (do you agree with me?).... And I did the black shaded block kinda think..... To just kind of make the sketch pop out (I always do that) what you think about it.
