real gods do not bleed
a drawing of hylia from linktober day one. the prompt was monster or beast and i wanted to draw hylia. mostly because i think hylias more interesting as a more complicated goddess then just pure goodness. i like her scary and mean and vengeful despite this purity she gives off to her worshippers.when i was drawing it i was inspired by the pools zelda prays in trying to contact hylia but also i kept thinking about the movie road to el dorado and that bit about how real gods do not bleed and this is why they demand sacrifice.Oct 12, 2020
