The drawing isn't bad, but you can tell that the knees are not at the same height because the pant legs aren't at the same height. Same for the feet; the foot on the "bent leg" is too high. I assume that you want your character to look up, but it's not working. The eyes are too low at that angle, there is no room for moth and chin and the forehead is too long. If you have a ball, grab it and draw a line in the center of that ball. That line is the brow line, aka the area where your eyebrows are positioned. Tilt the ball at different angles and you will see that the browline tilts a little higher or lower. You can also look up references of heads at every angle to see how the browsing changes as you go.
