Uranus can create wormholes, through which she and other objects can travel. The wormholes are always directional for objects, even light and sound just travels in one direction.
So the portal entrance is always just glowing pink and the exit shows a depiction of what is in front of the entrance.
Her power is well developed and she can basically create tiny wormholes, which are like spy cams.
For most she gathers information about other students and spies on her crush Neptune.
Uranus herself is a bit of a strange fellow and never really speaks, what is on her mind. You have to think outside the box most time, to know, what she wants to tell you. She still made friends with Jupiter and Saturn.
Disclaimer: Should you ever make fun of her name, she will wordlessly stick you in a portal loop for a uncertain amount of time.
