Soooo I might’ve comepletly and utterly fallen in love with this one particular Time Lord AU story (Called “Biology 101”) by kaiel on AO3.
Long story short: Jon is a lost Gallifreyan kid. The Doctor definitely adopts him (I’m at chapter 16 so let’s hope so)
