You can download it, but don't fall into the hole of endlessly scrolling and try not to get involved in any drama. I consider tiktok a place that's mostly toxic and full of false information, but many people do use it so yeah ig you can try it

I’d say no.
It seems like it’s a very toxic & aggressive place to post. Not to mention you could fall down a Tik-Tok death scrolling rabbit hole! If it’s just you wanting to watch Tik-Toks, you can go to either Youtube or Tumblr for them; that’s how I watch them!

It’s been super good for my reach and I like making fun little videos. But just be warned it can be a total shit show but I think it’s worth it

Mmm I like watching the compilations on YouTube for art inspiration, but if you mean to try and post content, I don't see why not. If you don't enjoy it, then you don't need to use it ^^

I would say try it out. If you don't like it you can quit.
I have one. It may not be that easy to always reach that many people but sometimes it also works well. I got to know so many great artists (after I finally got on Art TikTok, don't give up when you see the For You Page and the stuff thats on it for the first time).
I don't regret it and have fun making some videos and participating in some art challenges

i personally don't have one tho. mostly cuz i can't be bothered with taking videos while working on something-- and editing is a pain. i'd rather just do reels on IG (only ever made one to test the feature out, it's okay i guess).
