Noelia / Casper meeting

So when Noelias guardians take notice of the fact that her life's a whole messy blur and she's not really doing anything about it, they decide that Casper will go ! Now, he's a newbie. It's his first time in the human realm, and he doesn't know how to approach Noelia. Soo he kinda lurks around for a bit. Meanwhile, Noelia just assumes that the lurking eyes are from her sister's presence. It isn't until she's in bed when she notices a figure at the foot of her bed. --> this is where their staredown begins. Noelias vision is pretty bad so it takes her a few seconds to register what's in front of her.
