Distorted Beauty
I made this painting a couple months ago. It was for one of my classes and the theme was basically just to make a collage. The idea struck me because I realized I'd never really made a portrait before specifically of myself and it made me think of how we are constantly being told how to perceive ourselves whether it is what we hear or see or read and things that we say then make other people view themselves differently. As tedious as it was I really enjoyed it and I'm very happy with the results.Apr 15, 2021#painting
