Does anyone else ever feel so sad that you can actually feel the pain in your chest and you can feel your heart slowly cracking??
My family has left me out once again and now I’m home alone. I told my best friend about it and how it had really upset me and he said he’d call me when he was done dinner. I was looking forward to it so much because I was lonely and sad that my family had left me out. It’s been 2 hours and I’m still waiting. My phone went off and I got my hopes up thinking it was him but it wasn’t, it was just my friend(who’s a part of the family, I’m just not biologically related to her) texting me saying that she was having a great time at the place they all went to without me, and now my heart is breaking because I need someone but no one is here— and the one person I need right now isn’t here </3Apr 19, 2023

I don't get it why they left you out, I mean: for what good reason. They should notice you're in need of some sort of social activity. All I can say is that I wish you the best.
Try finding something that helps you relax, even if that's tea time with a tasty cookie while watching cartoons on tv (it works for me). And to answer your first question: yes I've had my heart cracked before but it has happened so much that I normally state I just use it to live. Haven't been in a similar situation like yours tho. Sorry for the wall of text and take care
