If u have csp it's rly good for digital screentones! Other digital programs have tools for it too but I'm most familiar with csp. I think generally its recommended to do em digital unless ur a Professional cuz they r pricey.... but yeah u can digitally add tones to a traditional piece pretty easy (it's also rly fun)

I have been there. I got Clip Studio Paint. Digital screentones. Way cheaper if you plan on doing screentones a lot.
