It’s because when you look at it later, you aren’t feeling the same raw emotions you were feeling when you created it. Nothin to be ashamed of. Part of art is self-expression

I feel like vent art never comes off as cringe to me tbh since it always based off of real genuine emotions and not someone trying to be deep and failing, not sure if this helps sorry if it doesn’t .
