Hel was the victim of a traumatizing event, Hel original personality is locked, Hel does not respond to any particular gender and does not seem to have an interest in particular things such as money, sex or vices.
Hel tastes are chaos and violence, enjoys the pain of others being the most twisted member of the elite group and the most ruthless, behaves in a childish way even when is committing petty and immoral acts, is annoying and extravagant when speaking, playing dirty jokes causing annoyance among members of the organization.
